Are you insured to do all construction work or limited?
Currently, we have an Unlimited Contractors license and as such as can handle all of your construction needs from ground breaking through final completion.
Will I be able to track the progress of my project?
Yes, our website and software systems will allow our customers to get real time information on the status of their project.
Who will be managing my project?
All work performed by Old Mill Remodel and Restoration will be monitored by a site coordinator/manager, with support from our local office. This ensures the highest levels of quality are maintained throughout the life of your project.
Does your company pull permits or will the homeowner have to do it?
We pull all required permits in order to properly complete your project. Our reputation in the industry allows us to work closely with local county inspectors to secure your required permits promptly.
What are your liability limits?
We have Commercial General Liability coverage of 2 million dollars and then beyond that we also have Umbrella coverage, Workers Compensation coverage and Commercial Auto Liability coverage for our vehicles. Your peace of mind in knowing that your work is being performed by fully insured contractors is of the utmost importance to Old Mill Remodel and Restoration.
What type of payment schedule will be offered to me to pay for the project?
We offer Cash, Check, Visa , Mastercard, American Express, Discover as your payment options. We also offer financing on most projects and our approval process takes less than 5 minutes to secure. As a full service company we offer a variety of payment solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
